If the person goes to the doctor complaining that he or she
has put on weight even though they are hardly eating will be

subconscious will also give that to you.

course he can let the controls go and allow the autopilot to
take over. The autopilot will automatically make corrections
whenever the plane drifts off course. In the same way the
subconscious, which is programmed by the thought pattern
given by the conscious mind, will automatically keep the
body in the shape it has been programmed to maintain.
That is why if you fear being overweight you will always be
so in spite of any weight loss diet you try. In fact, every
time you think of what you can or can't eat you are
energizing your negative self-image and thus assuring that
the subconscious mind maintains your overweight body. That
is why diets don't work.
